The Information we Collect:
   At some JMG Enterprises™ sites and affiliated sites ("sites"), you can order products, enter contests, vote in polls or otherwise express an opinion, subscribe to one of our services such as our online newsletters, or participate in one of our online forums or communities. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services.
    At some other JMG Enterprises™ sites, you can submit information about other people.  For example, you might submit a person's name and e-mail address to send an electronic greeting card and, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you might submit the recipient's name and address.  The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people at these pages include: recipient's name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.   

Use of Information:
   As a general policy NO personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to JMG Enterprises™ Sites. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of JMG Enterprises™ Internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.
    We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience.  We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer you products, programs, or services.
    Our Sites' various registration forms and surveys may request that you give us contact information (such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address) demographic information (such as your age and gender) and profile data. Information submitted at the time of registration or submission may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by JMG Enterprises™ and its subsidiaries, and may be shared with our promotional partners.    Our Sites use various order forms for you to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address), and when appropriate, financial information (your credit card number) to process your request or purchase. Contact information from an order form is used to fulfill orders, and to provide information about our company to you if requested. The contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary regarding your order. Financial information that is collected is used to process your request for products and services, and will not be shared with third parties who are not involved with the transaction. When credit card information is transmitted we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
    Agents and contractors of JMG Enterprises™ who have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for JMG Enterprises™.
    Finally, JMG Enterprises™ sites will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.
    To the extent that any of our Sites accessible through the URL www.JMG-Enterprises.com have additional or different practices or policies, these practices will be explained at that Site.

Security:
    Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, JMG Enterprises™ cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
    Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Notice. Inadvertent disclosures may result, for example, when third parties misrepresent their identities in asking the site for access to personally identifiable information about themselves for purposes of correcting possible factual errors in the data.
    JMG Enterprises™ may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with JMG Enterprises™ rights or property, other JMG Enterprises™ web site users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.  We will disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's written request.

For Parents Concerning Privacy:
     JMG Enterprises™ does not support, promote, advertise, or support any site with adult explicit material.  Also, JMG Enterprises™ complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. This means that on JMG Enterprises™ Sites specifically directed to children under the age of 13 which collect personal information ("Children’s Sites"), JMG Enterprises™ takes the following steps to ensure that parents are aware of and approve the information which is collected. Each Children’s Site has a clear and prominent link to this privacy policy. Each Children’s Site has the name and contact information of the JMG Enterprises™ division which is collecting the information. On all Children’s Sites, parents will be informed of the kind of information that is collected (i.e. name, address, email, hobbies), how such information is collected (such as directly from filling out a form, or via cookies if tied to individually identifiable information), and how the information will be used. JMG Enterprises™ will also post at the Site whether the information is disclosed to third parties, whether the information will be kept confidential by such third party, and that the parent may refuse to allow JMG Enterprises™ to share the information with third parties. JMG Enterprises™ is committed to collecting only information that is necessary for children to participate in the particular activity where such information is requested. Information collected from children will never be shared with third parties without verifiable parental consent.
   In addition, if the Site presents the opportunity for children under 13 to register for a particular activity such as a contest, or to receive ongoing communications from JMG Enterprises™, the child is required to provide the e-mail address of his/her parent or guardian and that parent or guardian receives an e-mail containing the information set forth in this privacy policy, and alerting them to that registration. Depending on the type of information requested and the nature of the activity for which the child is registering, JMG Enterprises™ may require that parents e-mail and/or fax their permission for their child to register. Parents may consent to the collection and use of their child’s personal information without consenting to disclosure of such information to third parties.
    Although children under 13 years of age may be allowed to participate in some contests and promotions, if such an entrant wins, notification and prizes are sent to the parent or guardian identified in the initial registration process. Publication of names, ages, or images for contest winners under 13 require parental or guardian consent.

Use of Cookies:
   Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. Use of IP Addresses:
    An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet provider whenever you're surfing the Web. Our Sites may also be linked to websites operated by other companies whose information practices may be different than ours.     JMG Enterprises™ sites sometimes may offer contests, sweepstakes, or promotions that are sponsored by or co-sponsored with identified third parties.  By virtue of their sponsorship, these third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion. JMG Enterprises™ has no control over the third-party sponsors' use of this information.

Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas:
    Guests of JMG Enterprises™ Sites are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on public forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people.

Choice/Opt-Out:
    Our Sites may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you. You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list to not receive future communications. In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, it is best to follow the specific instructions outlined within the communications you receive from us since JMG Enterprises™ operates numerous sites tailored to specific interests. However, if you are unable to complete the process indicated in the communications, then just send us an e-mail with a copy of the undesired email attached to the request and state you wish to be removed from the mailing list.
